Coils, also referred to as atomizers, are units powered by batteries to heat up and vaporize the e-liquid. A coil head basically consists of wire wrapped in wicking material which gets in contact with the e-liquid and draws it into the coil. There are many different coils available , ranging in resistances and wire types, allowing users to tailor their vaping experience to their requirements.

Coils with lower ohm resistance and sub-ohm coils are associated with a higher temperature vaping, allowing more current to flow through and resulting in bigger, warmer clouds as opposed to higher resistance coils which create a cooler experience and less vapours.

The Uwell Whirl (20-22) replacement coils come in a resistance of 0.6ohms and are designed for use with the Uwell Whirl 20 and 22 kits. The 0.6ohm coils are best used between 18W – 22W of power and come in a pack of 4 replacement coils.
